I would give this a negative number if I could! Ordered this on the 28th of April. Email said it would arrive by May 4th. on May 8th it still hadn't arrived. When I called to check on it, they only created a shipping label for it and hadn't actually shipped the item. ok...so MAYBE an oversize, no big deal, just go ahead and ship it. They ship it, it arrives. Game isn't even WORKING. You turn it on and it's stuck on one screen can't even get it to do anything else. Turn it off, restart it and it just pops up with the same screen that it's stuck on, nothing else. OVER IT...
