Exceeded all expectations of a cheap bookcase
Furnished my new townhouse with tons of stuff from Walmart, but this item is one of my favorites of the bunch. We wanted a bookcase, and this was the one in our price range and the general measurements of what we needed. We couldn't justify the ones on Wayfair as they were too expensive for a random bookcase we cared more about functionality than looks. However, this exceeded expectations, and its well worth its price: sturdy, sleek and a great living room fit.

The cam screws are terrible. The finish product is bad because you can see the screws. They give you white stickers to cover them up. Which are thin and so not match the white.

    Great shelf, arrived damaged
    Like most reviews on Walmart furniture, this one also arrived damaged. It was poorly packaged. All backing pieces were ruined, but luckily we don't mind that part. We just didn't install them. The overall shelf however, is lovely. Great height, great sized compartments. It is also very sturdy and it came with the hardware to secure it to the wall. Also couldn't beat the price, which is why we are okay with not returning it in the condition that it is in. I hope they fix the packaging problem soon for future furniture purchases.

    One Good - One BAD!
    I Bought two. One was beautiful and one I had to return because it had broken parts and holes that did line up. Of course it was the last piece after I assembled the rest of the book case. Had to return.

    Meh
    Um, shipping was good (?) Lol... the rest is meh. I get it, its not solid wood or fine furniture, but I did expect more. Definitely took awhile to put together, but it arrived with defects. It's just annoying. I should have just taken it back to the store, but I felt like that would be more complicated, so I just put the dang thing together and called it a day. No one but myself is going to notice the defects

    Works and looks great! Using on its side.
    Ordered this bookcase because I needed a low clearance to be able to use it on its side under a bunkbed. Works great. I ordered two and use the other also on its side on the other side of the room. Not boring! Looks and works great. very stable and easy to assemble.

    Super charming, very resistant! Great cost benefit! I loved it so much and I recommend it. Take a meter and check the measurements before buying, sometimes the picture of the idea of ​​being bigger than it really is.

    Love this bookcase!
    I was hesitant to purchase these bookcases because of some of the negative reviews, but I am so glad I did. They were well packaged, all parts fit together as they were supposed to, and they look amazing. The instructions could have been a little more clear, but I eventually figured it out.

    Turned this on it's side to be an entertainment center unit and it looks great. Seems very sturdy and was easy to put together. The directions say you need a hammer, which was not necessary (unless mounting to wall), but you do need a screw driver. Ordered a second one to use as a bookshelf!

    This shelving unit was perfect for what I wanted! I am starting to collect some different ceramics and it really was a lot of fun deciding where to put things, it really looked nice how the shelves were just not up and down they were staggered and that made it really fun to display things as nd just a note to share i also bought different sizes of acrylic little shelves, so you can have some things in the back up a little higher than the things in the front.
