i don't understand the vad reviews. i picked my up a walmart curbside it was and is perfect! best of all no box and they liaded in trunk. its a heavy weight convertible dolly. i will get alot of use out of this. this is a good product made in the ?? Milwaukee brand name you can trust.

Bait %26 Switch SCAM
I did not receive a convertible dolly as advertised. Instead I was sent a standard stand up dolly. When I tried to return/exchange it, Walmart wanted to charge me $152 to return!! Twice the amount of my purchase. This is clearly fraudulent. I'm done with Walmart. Amazon here I come!

    Unpacked, scratched, and used
    Item was scheduled for pickup. When I arrived I was told they didn't have item, but could have it delivered the next day. Scheduled next day delivery and status was updated to delayed on the day of delivery. No more updates were provided. Two days later item is delivered with no packaging, multiple dents and scratches with chipped paint. Tires had tread to indicate item was previously used. Definitely not the new item I paid for!

    Used item, not new, with paint peeled off
    The item was used, not new item, a lot of paint was peeled off, large areas have bare metal exposed. Still usable, but definitely not new when arrived.

    Didn't receive this item, they sent something else
    Well I ordered this product and they delivered a completely different item, I got a much cheaper dolly with 2 wheels, then had to haul it back to store, and then told now they are not in stock. Walmart needs to get their stuff together and not send a knock off item that is completely different. was a major hassle had to find the item at another store and now waiting for the correct one.

    Just what I needed!
    This dolly is super easy to use, maneuvers nicely and holds a lot! Perfect for transporting my display and crafts at craft shows. Easily stores out of the way and isn't to heavy when lifting in and out of the car. Would definitely recommend! The price is excellent!

    ok dolly but needs a strap
    nice appliance dolly but would be better if it had a strap to hold the appliance on it I'm going to try to rig up a bungee strap to help hold it don't know if that will work.other than that it's OK got our dishwasher replaced and his appliance dolly was in storage so he used this one said it was a good little dolly helped out .yes all in all I would recommend

    Poor quality
    I purchased this in March and just used if for the first time yesterday to move some slates for a pool table and one of the wheels broke while moving the second slate. Very poor quality!
