Great product
Looking for an Elderberry product to take for Immunity. This one was in capsule for and had the added bonus of Vitamin C and Zinc. I have tried other brands of Elderberry and had major problems with constipation, nausea and headaches. I highly recommend this product.

It Constipate Me
My body is very sensitive to anything. Knowing that, I know after taking only one table my body would tell me the difference. Unfortunately, it constipated me, as I didn't go as I ALWAYS do every morning. I still went ahead and took another; now I'm blotted and I'm sure totally bound up. I will spread it out, as I do believe it make me feel whole/well. If it continues, I will definitely have to stop taking.

    I was looking for a product to help boost my immune system and a friend recommended these. Being in capsule form makes it more absorbable. I love that it has ALL the best immunity builders in one easy to swallow capsule and is priced very competitively. No smell and easy to swallow.
