not true cinnamon
I have read that cassia is not true cinnamon like cinnamon Ceylon is. Will finish the bottle I have and then switch to Swanson's True Cinnamon to get thee true cinnamon.

    Read the back of the bottle.
    Capsules are actually 500mg. You must take 2 capsules to achieve 100mg dosage. Consider that when estimating unit costs.
