    Best price and availability at Walmart! Good Stuff
    My husband swears by this sleep aid herb. We have tried different brands and dosages, and this works the best for him. Valerian is notorious for having a strong unpleasant scent, and this brand seems to have worked on that, too, as it isn't bad at all!

    Good product --- Gives me restful sleep.
    As soon as I opened the bottle, I recognized the potent aroma of Valerian. I know some people who like its fragrance and I know other people who are opposite about it. Regardless of its fragrancy when I open the bottle, this herb really does give me better sleep and a sense of restfulness. The doses of this herb are in capsules, which allows me to swallow a capsule quickly at bedtime, rather than the delay and wait I would have if I brew a teabag of Valerian. Quite frankly, the restfulness I gain from it is more important than its aroma.

    I love this product ! Helps me sleep sometimes !
    I love this natural sleep tablet ! It's all natural no medicine ! It helps put you to sleep but you can still wake up if you need too during the night ! Wonderful product ! I take a lot of medication for Copd but I can still have this to sleep ! Wonderful ! Always ask your doctor on herbs ! I am happy with this product !

    Stinky but effective
    I have trouble getting to sleep and these really put me into a nice comfortable sleep. They do smell like dirty feet, but whatever works to sleep.
