Purchased for daughter's bedroom 12 x 15 - heats up quickly, not noisy, relaxing to look at, looks great.

Ok but not effective
Its a nice item to look at, but the base is not sturdy, its attached per the instructions but wobbles which makes me nervous. It also doesn't put out much heat, probably because it blows from the top

    Perfect for a small room
    This unit is perfect ! I love it ! Its very realistic. I haven't used the heat yet but I did try it and was pretty hot

    Relaxing
    The fireplace is relaxing. I had a good night sleep. Awaken feeling restful. I don't need the heat at this time, but it is working well.

    Flame realistic even has falling embers. Does not protrude from wall too much. Did have contractor install on concrete basement wall. Will use heater function when weather

    Glad I bought this!
    THIS is a wonderful item. It completes a master bedroom with just the right ambience. It seems very well made and operates efficiently and quietly. I like that it's beautiful even when not running. I only wish the manufacturer made a much larger unit (like 60" length or greater) for my living room.

    Hopefully will not need to buy again, it is perfect
    First it is VERY pretty with or without being on. When the sun sets, the fire effects is the best of all electric fireplaces I have experienced!! Heat comes out the top which is fine. I set up a brick hearth underneath and could not be more happy. Thank you Northwest for designing such a lovely and unusual product!
