I love it!!!!!!
My order was shipped on time & I received it in perfect condition. It took me a little time and i found myself in need of help from a friend to put this thing together. As it turns out, the fireplace was as expected, beautiful choices of colors, & a very nice size. My friend who helped me loved it as well & said he was going to think about ordering one. I do recommend this buy. Its really nice.

Poor quality assurance
Missing parts, can't attach stand without parts. Also no pebbles. Box was in good condition and didn't seem to have been previously opened so I guess this company has very poor quality assurance. Easily avoidable headache. I'm not a happy customer.

    Big metal bummer
    Ordered 2, free shipping, paid 109 each plus tax. Only opened up 1, plugged in. Um. No flames effect on any setting. Looks like if you rolled LED spiral color straws down a black metal background. Disappointed. Waited all week for the arrival. Now boxed up and going back. Big sigh!

    Arrived not working. Very dissapointing flames
    Was so excited to receive. Easy set up perfect size, but at least 4 of the flame color options all came out with a tint of the color, but primarily horizontal streaks of all of the colors, which just looks ugly. unnatural, and a big disappointment. The yellow, red blue and green are very intense, was hoping I could mute them down more with the brightness button, but they are 'ok'. At least the flames look like they are going up vertical. But half the colors are unusable because of the multi color disco roller bar that must be not working right behind the screen. Where you cant get to to to try and fix. Giving a 2 because the heater seems to be working. the white stones give an aquarium look which I liked better than fakey logs. But horizontal multicolor streaks, tight together, just awful. Over 1/2 the screen option unusable because of it...unacceptable. Very sad.

    Looks & works great
    It's wonderful. Easy to install and works as directed. The color change option is super cool, so many colors to choose from. The heating aspect is good also. I feel that it should possibly be a little warmer, but that is nitpicking a little. Overall a great working and looking product.
