I Finally found my chair...and I Love it!!!!!
Everything about this Chair is Spot on!!! I work from home so I needed and Good Chair that I could sit in, and this one fit the bill. I actually fell in Love with this chair a few years back when I worked for another company. I really wanted to take the chair home with me...lol!! So I searched and searched until I found it. I am truly One Happy Camper. Oh yeah....I am a BBW and this chair is Very Comfortable. If your looking for a good reliable long sitting chair, this is it.

ONLY for Tall people...!
I'm 5'10, and this chair won't go "low" enough. I spent hours researching and had to go to CHINA just to find a new Center section that was only like 1 inch lower. It was enough, fortunately, but I would have preferred two inches shorter. So, this chair is ONLY for TALL people. I called the company trying to tell them, and they said "It's a big and tall chair".... Goodness. As someone who deals with big and tall things, usually when that's said it means it's good for BOTH, not "only" big and tall. The Chair otherwise seems good enough, though I don't like the Armrests moving so much, and the armrest bars don't like to hold position well, become loose easily.

    A quality, comfortable chair that's a great value
    Everything about this chair is quality construction. From the comfortable midback-sized seat back down to the easy-rolling wheels. The main metal central core that provides all the adjustments (and there are a LOT of adjustments) is heavy and looks like it will outlast other chairs by a good long time. There are a total of only 4 screws used in the entire assembly which couldn't be easier to complete. The chair has a very thick cushion and remains comfortable after a long day sitting. Everything about the construction of the chair suggests the maker expects us to get years of service out of it. Finding a chair so well made, and so comfortable for under $300 is almost impossible - and I am delighted with this purchase.

    Great quality chair for big folk! Get it!
    Pros: Big, Sturdy, Lots of settings, comfortable, affordable, nice looking, easy to assemble Cons: Arms not quite wide enough I can't believe I waited so long to buy a chair like this! For a big guy like me (370 lbs) this is wonderful. It holds my weight without the lift mechanism dropping down and eventually not working. Nice thick padding, and A LOT of customizable options. The only thing that is a problem is the arms. For me they aren't wide enough even at the widest setting. Design should be changed to add another possible 2 inches on each side. But I found the best way around that... take them off! Chair is great without them. Maybe I should have just ordered one with arms. lol This thing is really heavy-duty, the parts are heavy, but so are we. heh But the heaviness is necessary, and the wheels are ultra smooth on the floor. This is a really good design despite the arm thing, which isn't necessary for me anyway. Love the Wine color, it will go good with my future UGA-themed home office. And the price is incredible! I honestly would have paid $100 more for this (don't raise the price though!) ;). I'm probably going to order another one for my office. If you have ever had chairs "drop" because the lift mechanism couldn't handle your weight, better get this chair!

    Great chair
    Chair was shipped quickly. Box appeared to have been around for awhile, but the chair had no marks or flaws. This chair is very comfortable. The cushion feels a bit hard, but is very comfortable when used for extended periods of time. Endless adjustments. I think anyone should be able to find an adjustment to suit themselves. I will definitely look for another if one needs replacing during my lifetime.

    Although the chair is of a high quality, the design of the armrests is poor. They are not stable and move when you try to get up or sit down. They need to have a method by which they can be locked into place.

    Great adjustable features.
    I was in a terrible accident 3 years ago and I have to sit a lot and this chair is great! I had 2 back surgeries and I am in a back brace and being that it is so adjustable I have made it to fit me perfectly and it is extremely comfortable at hour one to hour 15.

    Heavy duty
    This chair is heavy, well built and, compared to my other chairs, should last a long time. The back is loose behind the plastic cover. Have not found any advantage if it is supposed to be this way and can't look to see what is loose. Love the idea of a heavy chair but the seat is very hard for me. Believe I need some memory foam. If you need a heavy duty chair then this is it. Other than the loose back I would highly recommend this chair.

    Sturdy chair
    This chair was a birthday present for my husband. He is on the heavy side and is rough on office chairs. This one fills the bill. Our son put it together in about half an hour. The parts are sturdy and weighty. My husband likes the chair very much. It's been in use for a month now and remains a good chair.

    3 months review.....doing great!
    Its been almost 3 months now since I received this chair and I still love it. I set for hours at a time (tax accountant) and am a large woman. The only problem I have is the arms tend to move too freely. I can live with that! I searched for a chair for months before I stumbled on this and the price was perfect. So many adjustments can be made for your comfort. So far I am happy!
