Forget about being irregular
I am on medications which make me irregular, I take this every other day and don't even have to think about it. Works very well.

OUT Of DATE
they are selling out of date. I ordered and it came in yesterday and the date on the two bottles were 8/2020. Would have given no stars BUT it make you mark one

    Significantly cheaper than the chain drug stores. Works well as daily probiotic - doesn't irritate tummy or skin like some that contain Vitamin B.

    not the cheapest probiotic out there but it does work and I only take one daily for about a week if I have any stomach issues Had to order online, Sonora store is never in stock
