The phone came as described no major damage of any kind, some wear around the charging port but all said phone looks good. Put the sims card in and it connected to the network without issue. The phone is being used in Canada and work's perfect. I would recommend this device but as always buyer beware ?.

    Since when does "open box" mean used?
    Better phone than my last one (5years old), but when I order an open box, facory unlocked phone, i dont expect scratches and signs of wear. I paid a price corresponding to a NEW phone. This is not one. 5 orders since I started Walmart , 5 epic fails. I even have one on hold (delayed) for a thing available 10 miles away. canceling walmart .

    I've always been pleased with my Walmart purchases - until I now. I never like to complain, but the description did not mention it was a Verizon phone. I'm with T Mobile. It's given me a lot of trouble and, frankly, I hate it.

    First time buyers beware! Came without SIM tray!
    To other people looking to buy a phone for the first time, I highly recommend you read this, because I didn't realize there was a problem until it was too late. This is a good phone. The biggest issue that I had as a first time phone owner, was this phone did NOT come with a sim tray. It's something that is required to use a sim card to have a phone number. I had to order the sim tray separately for the same model from this exact website and it did not fit. The phone refuses to properly read the sim card. It detects it in there and shows it has bars, but when i attempt to make a phone call it says I don't have a sim card. It kept telling me to check the tray. I am currently looking for a way to get a refund or exchange the phone as of right now. I am quite sad about this considering this is an amazing cellphone. The issue is that mine is faulty.

    very disappointed
    was so disappointed when my husband opened his father's day gift. The phone was all scratched up and very ugly looking. I bought this phone for my husband and never saw the need to open his package before father's day because it was for him. Never expected I would see something looking like that in a package from Walmart. Why would Walmart represent a company like that. Synergy I hope you are reading this review.

    Device not damage-free
    Product description says phone is in "mint over condition" with "no visible scratches or dents on first glance". This is untrue. There are several dings along the edge of the phone and 3 scratches and 2 dings on the screen. Also, the battery drains fairly quickly. it seems to drop 1-2% just from unplugging from charger. Then, when using it a few, short times, it quickly drops another 5 %. The day after I got it, while taking a selfie, the phone completely locked-up, and eventually restarted itself, and the battery got really warm during this. Since there is a 30-day return policy, I'm going to try it for a couple weeks, and see if it functions well enough to determine whether I will keep it. Because outside of the issues mentioned, it seems to work fine - which is most important to me.

    Scratches all over screen!
    Terrible! Sold as"The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G in flawless condition with little to no sign of use!"...that is not true at all. The phone arrived with lots of scratches on the screen! Totally unacceptable.

    I was guaranteed a phone in mint condition with little or no obvious wear. what I got was a heavily worn device with heavy scratches on the screen, paint wear on all four corners of the bezel, and residue on the back that hopefully comes off with alcohol and a cotton swab. The phone appears to be functional, however, don't advertise something is in "mint"condition when it's physical appearance shows that it has never had a screen protector or been in a case and shows obvious signs of heavy, heavy wear.
