LOVE THIS
I love this item it last surprisingly long if you watch a movie or something on your phone, but listening to music for some reason drains it faster, but still lasts a long time! I LOVE IT!

    Terrible
No bass at all. Ear pieces are not comfortable about fall out easily. Changing ear bud size didn't matter. Not loud. Poor sound quality. Nothing good to say about this purchase whatsoever. Returned and got my money back

    ok
The first pair I had worked for 8 months , then the wire to the controls started shorting then the plastic on back of controls broke. But the sound was good, the pairing was good and features were good , so I bought another pair, but I will be careful with the wires, not to bend them too much

    really wanted to like them
I am hard of hearing & use these to listen to tv. they are falling out of my ear just sitting in a chair. I can't imagine running with them. I had to buy 2 pair because they go dead after 2 to 2 1/2 hours. they do pair very easily & sound quality is just fair.

    Expected more for the price
I bought these a few weeks ago to use when I go running. Overall, I'm not really happy with them. About 80% of the time I don't have issues with them staying in place during hour + runs. However, every now and then one earbud will fall out repeatedly if it gets really sweaty. The sound quality is my biggest complaint. My 6-year-old Motorola behind the neck sport headphones finally died. I decided to try a different setup with these Plantronics BackBeat GO2 headphones and I thought I'd be smart by saving $20 or $30 compared to a new set of Motorolas. Well, my old set still blows these brand new Plantronics out of the water when it comes to bass and loudness. I have to turn up the Plantronics all the way in order to (barely) hear the music and the bass is seriously lacking. It doesn't matter which set of ear buds I use. Clarity is very good, though. I have noticed that if any sweat gets near the ear buds or in my ear, the sound immediately gets tinny and distorted. This doesn't go away until everything is completely dry; which is hard to accomplish during a workout. I'm not a big fan of how the earbuds sit in my ears. I feel like I really have to shove them super far in my ear. I'd prefer if they could just sit slightly in my ear, but they will fall out and I won't hear a single thing if I seat them in this manner. I hated the Motorolas at first, too. So, hopefully, I will get used to the Plantronics. I also don't like how the cord brushes against my neck. I've tried tucking it in my ponytail, but this has the potential to cause issues with the earbuds staying in my ears. Bottomline: Avoid these headphones and spend less money on a cheaper set of headphones that probably have the same sound quality or just pony up another $30 and go for the Motorola HD S11 headphones to get something with waaaay better quality and fewer earbud problems.

    Great for the price
I really like these headphones. They stay in your ears and easy to use. Sound quality isn't the best, but I like them a lot. They don't have the bar that goes around the neck and they're light weight. Not as good as some of the more expensive headphones, but For the price I think they're great. If you're not looking to spend $300 on headphones I would definitely recommend them.

    Headset
Although expensive, these work like a charm. The sound quality is awesome and the pick up range is a good 15-20feet....so my phone can be on a charger while I walk around on the phone...

    It's not a love thing
Great headphones if you are still but if you are moving they fall out of your ears. They really need the hooks or something to keep them in your ears. But I like them and will keep them.
