Love the fireplace
This fireplace is really nice. It looks beautiful and really heats up a large room. The remote is small and a little fragile so we ordered a spare to have on hand in case the original should have issues. While it was packaged very good the front corner was slightly damaged and we decided to try a furniture marker to repair it. We have a white brick fireplace that is a non working fireplace so we put this in front and it looks ver nice.

Not happy with order delivery.
Know that I received my order yesterday. It was delayed a day; and sat overnight in Chicago, Illinois. When I got the box into my home, I noticed 4 areas of the box were dinged, torn open, or nicked the box. There are 2 areas on the heater that have dings in it. Since I paid $36.00 for delivery, I expected the package to come in good shape. I do not feel that I should pay the $36.00 for receiving the order late and for the condition of the boxing and packaging upon receipt......that is just poor business ethics. Not sure whether to return the heater for a replacement; or just keep it.

    Doesn't put out much heat at all.
    It is a beautiful fireplace. It DOESN'T heat very well though. We have it in an extremely small living space and it doesn't put out much heat at all. They listed it in the entertainment category in that it was supposed to hold a flat-screen television. Our small television is just small enough to fit on the top, but it is a close fit. I like the locking wheels, which I was happy to see it has. So far, the amount of electricity it uses is less than using space heaters of the same wattage.

    Awesome fireplace heater
    I've had this heater fireplace for a week now and let me tell you it does the job! It heats up our 850 sq ft apt with ease and cycles on and off and blows the heat out at the bottom! My mother loves putting her feet down now in front of it to get her feet warmed! Lol! I would very highly recommend this heater to everyone! It's a keeper! Also the fire looks so real with the burning logs in front!

    Pleasant Hearth Sheridan Mobile Infrared Fireplace
    Attractive piece of furniture. Adjustable flame height is a wonderful feature and the 5 heat levels are great. So far, I've only had the heat at level 2 and it heats up my living room very nicely. Have not turned on the baseboard heat in the room, just use the fireplace for heat when needed.

    I hesitated to buy this as some of the reviews were not good. However, I'm very happy with this heater as it works well and looks nice. It does not dry out my sinuses like my old electric heater did. Very satisfied with my purchase

    Nice
    I thought at first it wasn't going to warm up the living room. After using it a couple days I noticed it kept the living room nice and toasty. The cherry wood look is pretty. I like the size, it's not a big fireplace so it will fit in more places. The rollers are a plus. Over all very g he appt.

    Cute little fireplace
    The fireplace is okay. It serves it's purpose. I use in a small 3 season porch. I don't think I would put it in my house, but then again, maybe I would put in a bedroom. It is worth the $200 that I spent on it. Its a fun little piece.. There is a chip or two on the wood. I can live with that. Its not too noticeable.
