We bought this for my grandson. We taste everything before we give it to him. It was spicy. I would not recommend this item.

    Grandsons go to meal
    My grandson who just turned 3 still loves his apple broccoli. He loves fruit but is not too keen on vegetables. Any way he can get his greens .. he has up to 3 of these every time.
