Worth the price
The coffee maker was just a bonus but we are using it a lot. You can only make 2 cups beofre the hot needs to reheat. I fond the actual hot water dispenser a little awkward compaired to our old one. The cold wayer comes out nice and quick. There is a light when empty and a night light feature too which are nice extras

    Cheap Buttons
    I liked how it was bottom load and the k-cup feature. The sad thing is, I'm about to return my second one and give up. The first one was dented from shipping, so I had to lug it to fedex. The second one is now getting returned because I went to use the k-cup feature, pressed the 8oz button and it magically got stuck with no way to fix it. Talk about cheap! For $300 you should have to put some kid of force into the buttons for something like that to happen, not a simple little push. I would stay away from this machine until they upgrade the cheap buttons.

    Fully inspect your item once you get it
    I took my item out it’s box %26 while setting it up I found out it was damaged with a dent on the side of the water dispenser.

    Quality control issues
    The pin that holds the door to where the water container goes in was broken right out of the box. Have to use tape to keep the door in place. Not happy with the quality. This is the 2nd water dispenser from this company. the 1st one blew out after only 2 years of use.

    Coffee cup stopped working
    We have used our dispenser for 8 months and have loved it. However, the coffee cup is now not working. It will NOT hold the cup in to make coffee.

    great water/coffe dispenser.
    This works perfect for a quick cup of coffee or tea and uses k-cups. water comes out really cold on cold water dispenser side. looks great too. Also has a cup-cup holder in the top.

    So good I bought a second!
    Great Product, I have two of these units, one of them was purchased a year ago and is still working with no issues so I purchased a second unit. K-cup option is the best part, no issues at all. The whole family has been drink more water with the ease and convenience of the water cooler.
