Good but SLOW
Have only used the shredder a few times to date and it works well. You can place about six or seven papers at one time but it is very slow. My last shredder was louder but ran a lot faster than this one. I'd say it is great if you keep up with your shredding needs and not let it pile up.

    Good unit. Fits our needs for home use.
    I like the feed better on this model than the slot on top we had before. Also like that it has wheels which our older unit did not have. It does seem to run a little quieter.

    Quietest to operate
    Very quiet, easy to use. Shreds credit cards and CD's with ease. I can't believe how quiet this shredder is compared to my last one.

    Shredder up grade
    I have had this shredder for over a month. So far it's been a great shredder. I can insert unopened junk mail in it, and it chews it up without a problem. I am not sure if it will handle 14 sheets at one time, but it cleared out my file cabinet in short time. The other shredder that it replaced would only shred 3 sheets at a time. Then it would overheat after 5 minutes of work. So far I have ran this one for about 20 minutes, and it didn't overheat once. I have been totally happy with my purchase.

    Slow but good.
    Shredder arrived on time and we put it to work. We were changing out the floor in the office, so there was a lot of old paper work that needed to go. We ran it hard for a long time. Only went on overload one time and this was because we feed it to much. It does put out some dust but most of them do. Only time will tell if it will hold up. You can tell when there is to much paper sound because the motor will slow down. With the mesh on the outside and the plastic on the inside makes it hard to see what the shredded paper level is but if you look close you can tell.

    Great Shredder
    We have only had this shredder two or three weeks but have used it to shred about four boxes of financial data. One of the people doing the shredding was able to shred for two hours before it needed to have a cool-down time. The shredder has definitely paid for itself in just the short amount of time we've had it.

    Quiet and did not jam.
    This shredder works very well. It is pretty quiet compared to others and did not jam even when putting multiple sheets at a time in the shredder. It also ran for over 30 minutes and did not overheat.

    Wise purchase
    Burned up my little shredder so had to replace it. This wasn't one listed on Consumer Reports as great but I have been more than happy with it. Shreds 20+ sheets and credit cards and has 5 gallon bin. It is very fast, very quiet (can hardly hear it) and will run for a long time w/out needing a cool down. Not too big to fit discretely under any desk and is on low profile wheels to easily and quickly move into desired location.
