Best I've found after trying MANY
I serve this every Thursday; I often use it as the base for a meat sauce with onions, peppers and mushrooms; sometimes just with mushrooms, sometimes straight-up, as-is. It's truly fabulous.

Damaged jar of sauce
I love the sauce, have it all the time, but one out of six had leaked. Luckily they bagged each individually in zip lock bags, only lost one.

    Actually does taste homemade!
    I'm Italian and grew up eating everything homemade. It was great but I have a career, kids, husband, pets and I don't have time to spend all day cooking. I was skeptical about jarred sauce but OMG THIS SAUCE IS SO GOOD. We love it. Perfect thickness, not sweet at all. Sometimes we add spicy Italian sausage.

    Had to share the love
    I bought this sauce for my brother in another state. He and his wife are now hooked on the sauce as I am. With a baby on the way, I'm sorry to turn them on to a pricey staple but it is worth every single fraction of a penny! My nephew will know what good marinara is. For myself, Rao's marinara is both a beloved sauce, condiment, and mix-in.

    The best store bought marinara sauce out there!
    This marinara sauce is truly delicious! You can pass it off as homemade and no one would know! I like to doctor it up with some spices and sautéed onions and garlic. It really elevates any pasta dish.

    Just about all my kids will eat
    All things Rao's are amazing! However the Marinara is my kids favorite. They will not eat any other sauce. It is a special request at least 3x/week. So, I decided to get a subscription to ensure we never run out. THANK YOU for making such a tasty, quality sauce!
