It seems reliable and reasonably fast & the price is right. I am happy with it so far.

Don't waste your time and money
Didn't have much luck with this computer. It seems like the components are just randomly put together, and don't work well with each other. The first one I received had a faulty hard drive, which had lots and lots of errors. Installing a new antivirus (after removing the one that came with the computer, of course), sent the machine into infinite “check for errors”- “can't fix them”- “reboot” loop, with no way out of it. I though maybe it was just a defective computer, so asked for a replacement, but the second one had exact same issues. Of course, this computer is very affordable, but even at this price point completely horrible and useless. Don't waste your time and money.

I buy and received this pc. about a week ago and so far so good I think is still too early to have a good opinion, like I said so far so good , every thing is working the way I expected we will see what happen in the next month or so. but let me tell you, the computer arrived on schedule and in perfect condition (it look like new) set up was no problem (love windows 10) so no complains at this time I just have to wait and hope every thing keeps on working as good as now, I hope this review was help full to others. Overall a very good value. I got it tuned up to my liking and it serves my purpose. Very good price for refurbished product and great service from WalMart.

    I may return
This has been really hard to work with. It is a certified refurbished by HP. I've had a horrible time with things, like getting into it with my password. I couldn't. I finally called HP about it, but they closed the case since I had successfully signed in during the time between my email and their return emails. It finally took my password. It was awful to have a 'new' computer and not be able to get into it. The numeric lock (NL) key is off when I use my password protect. I stopped using that since it wasn't taking my password anyway. Many days went by. But, HP did feel it was a software issue. So, there is that. After the first 4 days, I am thinking I'm okay...at least for now. There are programs missing such as Photo Gallery. I had it on my other Windows 10 which was the free upgrade so that's a mystery. It won't create a PDF either. The other thing is web pages will not open sometimes, saying I'm not connected to the internet. I love HP. I haven't had anything else. *sigh* I will come back with an update when and if I decide what to do. I'm sad though because it has 8GB RAM (which is really nice) vs the 3 I had on my old one .
