Been using this product as well as the "non-Advanced" formulation of the same product for many years. It is more expensive and the reason is hydration longevity. This product just lasts longer. The Refresh product line works better for me than Systane and others.

    it Alliviates my dry eyes
    I highly recommend this eye drops if you like me have dry eye. I tried different brand and this is the best by far. It mosturizes my eyes and I can go without putting more for hours.     Such a relief to my dry eyes
    Refresh Optive Advanced is such a relief to my poor eyes during the day and during the night when they feel so dry. This product has saved the health of my eyes by helping to prevent corneal tears due to severe dryness. I keep 4 bottles scattered throughout my house and always carry one with me when I leave the house. Couldn't enjoy life without the relief I receive with these drops.
