Speeding Along
Received the computer when they said I would. Had my tech install it but it was very slow. He spent about 3 hours installing a huge amount of updates before it would work properly. Everything seems to be working good now and I am pleased with the purchase. I will always consider purchasing a refurbished unit over a new one because I still have half the money invested and it works very well. It also has the same warranty as a new unit.

Unhappy.
It won't come on unless you unplug it. And then sometimes it has a blinking red light and an Beeping alarm. I have contacted the people that refurbished it. Guess we will try taking it back to Walmart. Because it was sold by Walmart and shipped by Walmart. It works great when I can get it to come on. But. Something just isn't right with it.

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/03/2021Reconditioned items suckWhen I opened the box, there was a crusty white substance on the keyboard that came with the computer. Tried to clean it up and plugged it in to the computer. It would not work at all. Now I have to go out and buy a new keyboard. Crappy quality control. Would NEVER recommend buying anything refurbished through Walmart.Gary

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/30/2020Great machine for the money!Boots up fast, tons of storage, even came with a wifi dongle. I'm loving my new computer. Only bad thing is one of the usb ports in the back is bad. It's making my home office hum right along.appybabie

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/16/2016Returned defectiveHoped to have a good deal, but the PC became unstable in a few days and would display the blue screen of death and try to reboot. Even a factory restored failed. Talked with the support guy who guided me through some tests, then concluded either the processor or motherboard was bad. Gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because Walmart has a great return policy. After returning it, I turned around a ordered another -- this time a Dell. I'll let you know know how that turned out after I get it running.TomE
