New screen functional unit.
I went for an s20 because of the use of processors in this phone and ram. First time refurb and I have to say one always gets butterflies with the idea of randomness with the order. Item was received a whole day earlier. Has a feature that was not described in web on back glass panel, new front screen panel makes the order all worth it.

Very bad experience. Description of the product stated that the phone was unlocked which was not true and I returned it as I couldn't not use it. On return I was told that I had sent in shoes and not a phone , which was a blatant lie. So I got cheated and wasted a lot of time and energy.

    it came without windows installed properly mngr at store would not give me one display screen has broken hinge back side where it pivots open and closed

    samsung yes family moble maybe not
    I definitely like the small er size that samsung offers in this model. Also I was very pleased with the condition of the phone as it was a referbished model, it came without any flaws, that I could see with the naked eye. Sorry to say the only downer was the fact that my walmart family mobile became a disaster. I have no idea when they switched to verizon, but the changeover for me was nothing short of a nightmare.

    Phone was advertised as an unlocked phone, but would not work unless it had a Version chip. Customer service was not helpful.

    Nice Buy
    Phone in nice shape, there are some rub spots from a phone case. Runs great and it upgraded to Android 13 already. Phone is fast. No fast charger but im ok with that. was great buy. I'm getting another for me soon. Love the 30x zoom.

    Dissatisfied and frustrated
    The phone keeps wanting to update after each update and my callers can't hear me very well when I'm on speaker. I don't want to go through the process of a return and transferring data again so I guess I'll just have to put up with it.

    this phone is so old that they couldn't find parts to fix it,and you had to replace the battery, so you might as well spent the money and get you a brand new phone.

    Phone arrived in excellent condition but was not factory %26 network unlocked as in the description. It was Verizon locked %26 I could not use with my T-Mobile sim card. Shipping was fast %26 return/refund were fast %26 easy. Very disappointed as the phone was in great condition!

    A for Walmart backing up 3rd party purchases
    phone was described as looks new and works like New may or may not have a few scratches and or blimishes all accessories will be included but may not be original but compatible with the device. The phone came dirty not even wiped down and the screen was full of scratches or nicks from top to bottom of the phone more like what you would expect from grade c phones. The charging brick wasn't compatible with the device i even tried charging my S10 with it and pops up saying make sure to use the proper charger and cable and to check and make sure all the connections are properly connected. Returned the phone to Walmart in store and was refunded right away. 5 ⭐ for Walmart backing up the purchase and refunding process
