I would buy this product again and recommend to others
Product looks great. But when partially installing into a 4 X 4 wall, should be a to have some time of frame to cover the side vide of the raw metal of the fireplace.

I would never buy a unit like this again.
I am sorry to say but beyond the ecstatic look of the unit it's totally useless in providing any heat. I had the unit installed in a small basement level of my toe he and ran the unit for hours during which time it failed to warm the room at. I took the unit down and gave it away. It was a complete was of money.

    Damaged box
    The box arrived very damaged. But my contractor checked it out and thinks it will be okay. The fireplace has not been installed yet.

    Gorgeous warm tantalizing fireplace
    I had a 60 inch one in another house loved so much this is perfect for my new house and new fireplace we are building in . Very economical just great for looks or putting out heat !!

    We were able to insert this fireplace into a built in entertainment mantle in our front room...it looks beautiful there! I just wish there was a little more heat out put. But we love the color changing options and it looks super modern and sleek. #sweepstakes

    Product is only as good as the service
    My fireplace was lost. Could not get Kim to give me a direct answer when it would arrive. Again, it is all about service. I have let 4 messages trying to figure out how to get the stones in the fireplace. No one seems to know

    Impressive looks and value
    We had a gas fireplace in our previous home and missed having the fireplace, wanted to do gas this time around as well but finances didn't allow for it, so wanted to get an electric fireplace that put out some heat but also look relatively ""real"" as possible. Went around and looked at several fireplace insert and the H&H Allusion SimilFire was the one we found that had what we wanted and wasn't several thousands of dollars either. All in all very happy with how it turned out.
