Just what I needed
Now, this safe is not for everybody. For my business, and because I'm a little space challenged, this safe suits my needs perfectly. It's small enough to fit in tight places and big enough (interior) to store what I need to store. It is not a big safe at all. Only .8 cu ft. So, please know the dimensions of what you are looking for before purchasing one of these.

Tried with a dozen different combinations from customer service, still could not open it, has to send back, still waiting for return label.

    safe cracker
    I haven't had it long but fulfills the requirements for which I purchased the item. The only thing I can say even remotely wrong with the safe is that it has three sets of grooves for a shelf, but no shelf came with it.

    Best safe ever had
    I acquired this safe from someone who no longer needed it. She had lost the combo but with the extra careful and strict help from Sentry reps, it was a breeze to get combo and get in it. I appreciate the many items needed for verification to retrieve lost combo or key.

    haven't had a fire, but good so far
    It's easy to set up for use, seems to work well, as far as opening the safe, and the instructions are accurate. It's very impressive, physically, and I have no doubt it would safeguard our paperwork through a fire. It has very thick walls, and with the floor bolts that come with it, would work for valuables, too. It's only the most fit thief that would try to take this if it weren't bolted, however, as it's really heavy!!

    Just the right size
    Since I have a home security system, I was not so concerned about theft. I was worried about fire protection and this fits the need very well. I wish I could customize the combination to my own preference - it can not be changed. It has replaced my lock box at the bank which almost paid for the safe in one year in savings. I will probably open it less than 2 times a year. It holds a lot of things - check measurements.

    Excellent- just as it was advertised.
    A very good product and provides the security and confidence that a good safe should provide. It also saves me a lot of money over the long run since I have closed the safe deposit box at the bank.
