    Happy with this supplement
    These were much easier to swallow than their smaller round coated pills. I have no problem and I'm not great at taking pills. They do not have Vitamin D, which is fine since my other supplements have it. I need to take them with food. I like that I can just take one pill a day.

    Essential and worth every cent!
    Calcium used for a month. Good brand. In one week boy did my fingernails grow with just one a day! So, they sure work in the body good! I make sure to take Vitamin D3 with. Its the only way calcium absorbs in body. We need this for our bones. Im 60 and thinking ahead of my years as my mom had start of osteoporosis at 65(bone thinning) from lack of calcium. Your body will take it from bones if not given.

    The best for swallowing
    For me these are the best because they are the smallest ones I could find. When you get them with other vitamins in them, like vitamin D, they are just too big. Since I take about 7 pills in the morning, all at once, I need them to be as small as possible.

    Excellent calcium supplement!
    I love purchasing this calcium because I take my vitamin D separate. Most products combine calcium and vitamin D3. I like being able to have calcium separated from vitamin D supplement. Definitely recommend!!!
