My favorite physical therapy tool.
I love it. I am recovering from a broke hip and femur, and this has been the best physical therapy for me. I do 5000 steps a day now, and no longer need to use a cane.

Real Noisy
After using it for a couple of times, it started making a loud noise. The customer service at Stamina responded very quickly. They sent us a whole new body for replacement. This is as for as I can go in this review. I will let you know how the new part fixes the problem and the durability of the product.

    Great product.
    I've been using this product daily since 2015 in standing position only. It's sturdy, balanced and operates smoothly. It got a little noisy as it aged but still worked well. I finally had to replace it because I wore out a roller which was hard to find. The price makes it easier to get a new Strider..

    Easy Workout
    An easy accessible way to get a good workout. Great way to tone leg and thighs. Also it's kind of heavy to move around so it's a arm workout. Handle would be nice.

    Great buy!
    I purchased this Stamina product for my husband who has heart issues and Parkinson's disease. He is using it to strengthen his legs and to relieve the rigidity caused by Parkinson's. He really likes it and uses it two times a day.

    Exceeding My Expectations
    I am a very active 54 yo professional woman who talks of walking at work but never does it. I also have degenerative disc disease that results in annoying to terrible sciatica symptoms if I sit too much and let my core strength dwindle, which happened recently. So I am back at the gym doing a lot of targeted work for that in addition to this little machine, but I am on it right now as I type on my new standing desk at work. It took me a couple of sessions at home for me to be able to do it for long periods and to get used to the small radius, bit now I love it. I haven't tried it while sitting, but I may at some point, I guess a little loosening and warming of the hip joints and other regions couldn't hurt. It is very quiet so far, here on a concrete floor with low indoor/outdoor carpeting, and fits compactly under my desk when not in use. It engages my core and involves balance, and it turns out that the small radius makes it more appropriate for how and where I am using it. My three co-workers are making as much noise if not more right with their mice and keyboards than the strider is. It doesn't hurt that the fan above us makes a similar much louder white noise. Generally, it's exceeding my expectations by quite a lot.

    I bought it for office use.
    It is 38 pounds, was a little cumbersome to carry into my office. Runs relatively quietly. It does not slide away from you when in use. No complaints.

    So quiet and compact!
    I was looking for a way to add extra exercise to my routine in my small apartment and this is perfect I can use it in the living room without taking up space plus it's so quiet I doesn't disturb anyone, plus it's my favorite color (orange).
