Cracks in the bike
When I received this bike, I noticed there were cracks on the main frame, which makes the bike extremely unstable and dangerous to ride. Unfortunately a customer service representative from Sunny Health said the manufacture's warranty didn't cover this type of thing since it arrived this way, and Walmart customer service has been slow to process my replacement— submitted over 2 weeks ago. This has been the worst buying experience I've had. In the past I've bought another Sunny Health bike (red/silver) for a friend and it was perfect. For me, I haven't gotten to experience the greatness that others rave about. Extremely disappointed.

    Like this bike and the brand, purchased 1 for my daughter and just purchased one for myself to get into spin biking and with my continued weight loss. Quick delivery and everything was intact and took about 30 minutes to put together for one person.

    Perfect.
    Exactly what I'm looking for. My hands hurt after a few minutes(thicker foam would help) and I need to change positions but other than that, perfect and easy to put together.

    It came damaged. I had to ruin part of the bike to get one of the bolts to screw in to the back end of the leg. It took a while to fix your screw up. I want a partial refund, $75, to fix your mistake.

    Pedals broke after 1 year of use
    Left pedal snapped off while I was riding the bike. Had this bike for almost exactly 1 year and it was not ridden daily.

    I just had to hop on it already. Been waiting for it to arrive for weeks. It took long to get here but it was definitely worth the wait. Great price. Very good quality. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Overall a great purchase! I'm very satisfied. And pink is my favorite color! Super cute and great size. I love it! 5 stars

    The bike came with two damaged pieces. Per instructions, I didn't reach out to Walmart, but instead contacted Sunny Health. After 4 weeks of attempting to get them to respond (email is their only channel of support for returns/repairs), I finally returned the broken bike to Walmart via Fedex (I had to pay $40 shipping). Just today, 9 weeks later, Sunny Health contacted me and said that they were backlogged and are shipping the replacement parts. What a joke.

    Annoyed by Minor Issues
    They may seem minor to some but I didn't purchase the bike only to receive defective parts. First off, I received the shipment 2 days earlier than expected so I'm happy about that. It took me roughly 2 hours to assemble. The instructions were okay to follow, not very complicated. Moreover, after I finished assembling, I got on and didn't like the pedals too much so I unscrewed the part that goes around the toes. Now I can use it barefooted. Butttt, one of the screws wouldn't budge. I mean exactly what were they trying to do screwing it so tight that I ended up stripping the screw?! I'm just glad the other end of the strap was not attached. Hence I was able to take out the rest of it and left the little end piece. Another issue I have is the foam on the bar handle. It's kinda big deal to me because I can see it. It's right there in front of me. The foam at the top isn't fully pulled up so the gap annoys me. And lastly, I agree with the other people, the seat isn't very comfortable but it's bearable. Also, I noticed some minor dents on the cover of the wheel. Not a big deal because it's not very noticeable and it's out of my sight when I'm on it. But nevertheless, I love it! It's simple and functional. I could careless for the monitor not being all fancy. As long as it tells me the time, calories, and distance, then I'm good! I hope it'll last longer. P.s. I've attached a photo of the handle, and after taking out the strap of the left pedal.

    I am happy with my purchase, would recommend to others.
    Great bike! Was shipped on time and delivered to my front door by Fedex Home (I paid th extra for Fedex which was $4.99 more) in one decently sized box. Box wasn't too heavy and the product itself was packaged very nicely. I really appreciate the directions and packaging of the tools and screws etc. There was a step 1, 2, 3 4 & 5 label on each set of nuts and bolts which is very cool and makes for easier assembly. If you follow directions you can be done putting it together between 45 min - 1hr but my suggestion is to take your time and don't rush the process, just follow exactly what is written and lay everything out after unboxing so it's easy to find when needed. Also note: there is a 220 lb max capacity for this product according to the sticker on the bike lift in the back that I didn't realize when buying. Luckily it doesn't affect me at this time but this should be known by those considering this product. Overall the quality and value are hard to beat.
