5 Bulging Discs and I love It
Easy to assemble. I have 5 bulging discs in my spine and have been bedridden for 3 years. Cant walk more than 2 blocks before Im doubled over in pain. This no impact workout equipment allowed me to be active again.

Waste of money, it broke after 3 months!
At 1st, I loved this elliptical! It's compact and fit nicley in the corner of my dinning room. I saw a difference in my hips, waist and thighs after a couple of weeks of working out. Im 57 and a former gym rat. Id say my current fitness level on a scale of 1-10, 1 being fat and flabby to 10 being lean and Hot! I would call myself a 5. I used my body as resistance (leaning forward/back) since this elliptical has none. Or sometimes, I would go as fast as I could for 20 minutes without stopping. Then, one day it started squeaking. My husband took it apart and thoroughly greased it. The squeaking stopped, for a few days, then it sounded like I was striking someone with a foot pedal. I wasn't. Luckly, I stepped off of it before the left pedal came off. The bolt sheared right off! I will never buy from this company again. You've been warned.

I was surprised how comfortable it is, and you do get an amazing cardio workout! It affects all the muscle groups as well. It is easily portable as I can either watch TV in the living room or work out in the garage in the fresh air or in my bedroom. I've tried a rower, and it hurt my back. I've tried a trampoline, but my balance is terrible, so that was quite dangerous! Balance issues also with an outdoor bike and bored with an indoor bike. And I've tried jumping rope and got terrible shin splints!! So this has been a wonderful solution to trying to keep fit in my older years! Thank you!!pamela

But I set this up facing my big window and I can walk on it all I want. Sometimes I just use my feet and legs and sometimes my hands and arms and sometimes all of them moving. It's perfect for keeping circulation going. It goes only as fast as you do. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to keep circulation going.marinaL

I keep the tummy cushion on the highest level and it rests nicely just under my ribcage. Other pluses: its completely quiet and I can relax my arms on the tummy cushion or move them at my sides, while easily keeping my balance without having to strain my back muscles. Note if using a speedometer/fit bit, it won't register your steps unless you're also moving your arms or put the fitbit around an ankle.Winn21
