Great product for dry eyes.
I have used Systane for several years with great satisfaction. My eye doctor likes the way it lubricates my dry eyes. The only thing that could be improved for this product would be the labelling, it is hard to see how much has been used from the little bottle because one cannot see through the label.

Not a double
Only one bottle had fluid in it. There were two bottles, one was filled with fluid, the second was totally dry.

    Best eye drops!
    My eye doctor told me to stop using all other eye drops %26 get Systane artificial tears. He was so right! These are great. They've made a huge difference. I threw all the others in the trash.

    They do the job my doctor wants them to do.
    Doctor prescribed. They seem to keep my eyes nice and wet. But they build up into gunk overtime, so be sure to wash your eyes out with regular water as well.

    Favorite for my eyes
    I have chronically dry and irritated eyes and was told by my eye doctor to use eye drops several times each day and ointment at night if needed. Of the brands that I've tried so far this is what my eyes seem to like the best. I don't care for the gell, but the drops work great. The ointment of this brand is really nice before bed on the really dry days, too. But for the daily eye relief, this is what I prefer to use.

    THESE are the ones! Try them!
    My eyes have been bothering me for 3 years. They have felt dry and a bit gritty. My bathroom is full of partially used bottles of different eye drops. I picked these up today and just put them in five minutes ago, and ALREADY my eyes feel better than they've felt in years! THESE are the ones! I hope I still feel this way tomorrow, but these drops are already better than any others I've tried! Enough to make me want to leave a review!

    Watch expiration date!
    These drops were highly recommended by my physician for severe dry eye. I prefer them to others I have tried in the past. My concern is that the two bottles expire in six weeks! Even dispensing 6 times a day in each eye, they will expire before I can use them. (20 drops per ml). Drops picked up at the store have a much longer effective period. Currently I am unable to shop in the store so had these shipped by FedEx. Hard lesson. Great product but length of effectiveness/expiration date something to be on alert for.

    Provides excellent dry eye relief!
    Systane Ultra Dry Eye Care Eye Drops provide superior eye comfort. I have chronic dry eye and have used many different eye drops, none have worked as well as Systane. My doctor recommended Systane and I haven't used any other drops since. With Systane I've never experienced any burning or redness, and found I don't have to apply the drops as frequently as with other brands.

    Systane Ultra really is different than reg Systane
    I have read other reviews where people make fun of the fact that the active ingredients in Systane Ultra are exactly the same as regular Systane, but the formulation with the other ingredients must be different. I absolutely find the Ultra to be more soothing to my very dry eyes.
