Never miss a beat with BarnDad
Most people think of fiber as something only older adults supplement with but the truth is everyone can benefit from fiber. As an athlete now in my mid-20's I started supplementing with BarnDad's FiberDX to aid in better digestion since I began consuming more calories due to the increase in my activity level. Using FiberDX has allowed me to eat with out getting the bloat or foggy feeling of being too full and has also helped me stay fuller longer. The added protein for muscle recovery is always a bonus as well! Great product for all ages and I recommend that everyone give this a try!
