Arrived Damaged
I received this item today and the top door was damaged. There appear to be parts that are loose and rusty. Took a while to get a hold of someone at Walmart to file a claim and was told I would need to wait about 48 hours until the vendor calls me to file the claim. Not holding my breath.

    Made cheap! Over priced ! Terrible business!
    I do not like this product at all it is like a file cabinet with a locks that do not work trying to get a shipping lable to return it and they are ignoring my request this is not worth the money at all . I will never do business with this company again !!!

    horrible. if i could rate it a zero i would. ordered on line, took out of box and whole safe is crooked, doors are off level , unable to open doors. there is a crack as if not welded correctly on safe itself between bith doors. lets not forget the run a round im getting to return this item. never again will i purchase from this buyer or walmart.

    The worst DONT BUY
    When we received the package we opened it to it being beat up the bottom door is not even weld right the key won't even unlock the safe the door has dents in them which if I can upload pictures I will this look like it was just play Tosin with I don't recommend anybody getting it unless you want it broken. I have a video of the door broken etc

    Cheap garbage. Came broken, fixed door, knob broke
    As soon as i unboxed it the larger bottom door fell off. It was a pain to fix. Then i put the batteries in and went to set the codes and i heard the components inside the door fall apart and the knob came off in my hand. I know it's a cheap safe but it should still be functional. Very disappointing.

    It's a decent safe, especially for the money I paid. The walls are somewhat thin, but ok for my needs. After reading some reviews I was a little worried about digital locks, but I could set them up without any problem, and they work as expected. The top side of the safe is just right to hold my printer, and overall it's conveniently located in my home office room. The delivery was quick, I got mine in just a couple of days after ordering. Thanks.
