not sturdy,, broke after 2months of use
I loved it while it lasted, however, broke at the lower joint after 2months of use. I am slim 150lbs.

    frame cracked
the bad reviews on this item are very accurate frame cracked within a few weeks. I'm only 142 lb got to use it about 10 times. don't waste your time it'll take you longer to put it together and take it apart then you'll get use out of it.

    Get something better
This machine was easier to put together. I used this machine every day and I love it! but after two months it broke down :/ I'm very disappointed with this machine, I knew I was going for a cheaper machine but still I can't believe it only last me two months. I contacted the manufacturer but they said the warranty ran out, and I'm still waiting on Walmart since I bought the guaranty.

    Not a good one
This machine is not a good one . Few problems are 1) Elliptical stride is not smooth 2) the seat can be adjusted less . So cycling is not good posture if you want to hold the handle which has heart beat monitor 3) Assembly takes time

    Works well for the price
I tead a lot of bad reviews on this machine, hiwever woth the gums being closed due to covid-19 I needed something for home use, I was tired of pekple jacking up proces of their own gym equpimoment andni wasnt anywhere near what they were asking, my husband had it togtehr in about two hours we needed a wrecnh that it didnt come with and they give you the allen keys, set up was not that hard we dis have a faulty bolt for the left side and the bolt would not conncect like it was supoose to the edge was rounded out and wouldnt connect to keep the left side in place so we went to. Lowes and found a bolt that would work. I woudl recvomend a mat under it to keep it from sliding, it works fine and gets the job done especially for the price , gives a good workout, stable, and a good size not bulky at all and wasily can be moved im 5’3 and 150lbs my husband is 5’4 closer to 190lbs and we both are able townorkout just done on it with no issues .

    Exceptional quality for the price
I wanted to leave this review because I saw a lot of low star ratings on this exercise machine. And although I can't speak for anyone else, my experience has been great so far. The machine is extremely affordable, a eliptical/exercise bike under $200!? That's an awesome price and it performs just like I would expect a $200 exercise machine would. It works as intended, the machine is smooth, gets my heart rate up for a warmup/ workout and I even break a sweat. The resistance mechanism works, and is considerable change from level 1 to level 8 . The machine it self is perfect size for our garage, and my fiance whos 5'11 uses it with no problem in the seated bike mode, I am 5'2 and I use both the eliptical and bike with no problem, doesn't feel wobbly. The set up was super easy, a (very smart) monkey could do it. Took us about 1.5 hours. All the pieces were there, all the screws fit. People are reviewing this machine as if its a $1,000+ and its not, so you will be disappointed if you purchase with that mindset. On the other hand, if you purchase this machine with an open mind you may be pleasantly surprised.

Faulty Parts received - extremely disappointed
I was so excited when we bought this off Walmart Store thinking it won't be a task to assemble it as I have assembled so many things with a breeze in the past. Bought this on 01/16/2017 and started the assembly process, figured out the manual had blank pages, managed to download the manual online somehow and carried on with the assembly process. Towards the last few steps, precisely step 13 turns out the crank axle for both left and right was the problem as it doesn't seem to go in the pedal arm hole, both me and my husband tried to do it. I managed to get to customer service after registering and calling them for two days only to be told that at times online the registration doesn't gets accepted. No issues as I was still pepped up about the machine and really wanted to start using it. Customer service suggested that the problem seems to be with the crank axle and sent me a couple of them, I kept telling the guy that what if even after waiting for half a month and we are unable to assemble it with the replaced crank axle then what. Finally received he crank axle but both me and my husband are still unable to get the crank into the pedal arm hole even after putting lot of grease. I called customer service again and they kept apologizing and said that now the problem seems to be with the product no 44 and now they are going to send that so I am supposed to wait for another week or so. And that's the best they can do and I should work with them as they are also trying to work with me on this. And if I have return the product then I contact the store from where I picked it up from. It has been such a disappointment, so much time and energy has gone into this. I really want to be able to use this machine but it doesn't looks like I will be able to. The machine costs 177 bucks and the assembly charge is 159 bucks that too for one simple step. So much frustrating this is. But lesson learnt, buy something worth it with more money so that it really works out and not go for cheap stuff. Extremely bad experience with Weslo so far.
