Great bunks!
I read all the reviews on this product before I bought it. We have been searching for bunkbeds for my girls-7, and 3. I could not bring myself to spend $1000.00 or more on bunkbeds. This was a fantastic purchase. Site to store was quick and easy. My husband stayed up late one night and put them together by himself. The girls sleep on the full together and we store stuffed animals on the top and will use it when company comes I am sure. The new furniture smell was gone after day 1. They are sturdy enough for my husband and I to climb up on and my husband weighs 240lbs. We have regular twin and full matresses and they fit just fine. No bunkie boards needed, it comes with slats. There is a lot of storage room under the beds but there is a pole in the very middle which would interfere with a trundle. I use storage bins with wheels. And they will break down into two seperate beds! I cannot believe they were only $329.00!!! By the way-they are made in vietnam-not China! If that matters!

Great Buy
I was telling a friend I was looking for bunk beds for my girls. She recommended I go to Walmart.com. Her son has this same set in the dark wood and she said that for the price they were very pleased. I am so glad I made this purchase vs getting it from a furniture store. I purchased the mattreses from this site as well. The delivery was quick and everything was package great. Great buy!

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/17/2014good bedI'm not really sure where to start with this bed. It's a lovely looking bed. It looks great in my daughters room. It's sturdy and the provided slats seem strong and they fit the space. But putting this thing together, ugh. You have to put the headboards together completely. That was the most frustrating/complicated part. It took me about an hour and a half to put the headboards together by myself, that's with cat and kid interruptions. After the head boards, it's a breeze. And. ...... there are so many dinks in this thing it's not even funny. And you can see where they didn't do a very good job painting over some. But, when it's all put together you don't really see them unless you are super inspecting the bed. You will need another person to help lift the bed onto the other bed, obviously. All in all, id buy it again. Good value for the price.Sidni

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/31/2014Love this bunk!Other than being a little short from one bunk to the top of the next. Went to Home Depot for wood pieces that extended the length of the bunks in between eachother, it is perfect now! Sturdy , awesome . Happy kidNikkinick14

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/21/2013Really sturdy for an economical price tag!!This bunk bed was easy to put together and a great price. It's pretty sturdy for the price. It looks really nice too. It's not walnut. It's cherry. Walnut is much darker. There are other matching pieces but we only got the bunk bed because the dresser reviews are terrible. Anyway, I think this is a perfect purchase for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot for something that looks nice. It looks like it will hold up well. One thing that you may want to think about is the slats that hold the mattresses. They are unfinished. It's not a big deal, but if you wanted to make this look nicer you could paint them or put a piece of plywood (painted) under the twin mattress. You can only see the under part when you are laying on the full mattress. It doesn't look that bad. It's just something to think about. Also, if you have a pillow top mattress, the ladder sticks out a tiny bit more. It looks and works fine regardless.aevansrdh

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/04/2013Great purchase and great price!!This bed took my husband 2 hours to put it together (we helped by holding the pieces for him and gather the screws etc) but he did a majority of the work, there were a LOT of pieces, but the instructions were understandable. The wood was a little chipped in transit I'm sure, but nothing drastic. My daughter (10yr old# loves her new bed, its VERY sturdy and great quality. This bed helps to create more space for my daughter to move around her room. Also love the huge storage space underneath the bottom bunk bed. (I plan to buy plastic containers for storage.) My only complaint would be the smell of the paint I think it is... going on day 5 now, and the smell is just now going away, we opened up the window to help get rid of the smell. We would definintely recommend purchasing this bed. I have attached picture.Cellica

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/06/2012Love ItLove these beds! Was able to get the Pottery Barn "Camp Bed" look without the huge price tag. My 7 and 5 year olds absolutely love them and so do I. See the pic posted along with the review. Very satisfied. Click on the small pic I uploaded and you can see it better.2emom
