Excellent quality!
Excellent quality! My daughter wanted a wood loft to replace the metal one I bought and assembled several years ago. I was super pleased with the quality of this wood loft bed and the clarity of the instructions. I highly recommend it. I added brackets and a shelf from Home Depot and painted them to match the bed.

Be nice to yourself, skip it.
Do yourself a favor and skip to any other option. Poor quality, inside the box was so dirty which should have told me something straight off. The issues are not a shipping issue, its factory issues. The wooden dowels they send are each a different size. VERY poor quality wood, some large pieces weigh next to nothing. Chunks missing from main pieces. I think they know what an absolute pain it would be to return, so they don't care to fix anything. Ill be adding new supports and metal brackets, but many people dont have these options, parts, or tools. Shameful business practices, honesty.

    Boken item sent, not able to return.
    Walmart delivered the item dented, broken, hanging out of box. After a week and 5 half an our long call, no body came to pick the item. FedEx, who delivered the broken item denied to pick up(its over their weight limit). I am still didn't get any refund.

    Love the bed but the white is NOT white.
    Got this loft bed for my daughters room. The bed is nice BUT the color we ordered was white. This bed is not white at all. It is clearly ivory / cream and I am little disappointed considering all her room items are white. Otherwise nice bed for the price

    Look at description for height, not the photos!!
    Buyer with short ceilings beware! Photos say 65” high but description says 72” high. I missed it, but I'm joining another reviewer in their solution: get the legs cut! I realized it right after it shipped :( but will update this review when I get it.

    HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY
    I bought 2 of these beds. 1/3 of the first box had broken pieces. 1/2 of the second box had broken pieces. The boxes themselves looked fine and undamaged so I do not believe this was a shipping problem but rather a manufacturing and quality control problem. Some of the pieces appear to be GLUED back together after breaking. POOR POOR quality. I returned the same day I bought them. Absolute garbage. I added SOME of pictures but there are plenty more. DO NOT BUY.

    Huge Waste of Time
    I went through three rescheduled deliveries just to receive a very damaged product. You can tell that this was a returned bed that the seller didn't bother repackaging. The box had no factory seal, and was wrapped entirely in tape. The was no styrofoam or paper inside the box to protect the pieces, which resulted in over half of them being dented, scratched or cracked in places. Some are not even fully painted, as you can see the wood underneath the white. Returning and will not bother ordering another one to experience a couple more weeks of shipping time.

    Beautiful but does wobble a bit and make noise.
    The loft comes all in one box that is no bigger that a door, it was easy to assemble except the base boards on each side even with 2 adults it was hard to keep the rectangle baseboard inside the slots and then screw everything all together. It also doesn't have the holes pre drilled on the 2 sides of the bed for the slats that support the mattress only the slats have the holes so you'll need a drill. It is nice and high which is great because we put it over our queen bed and give us enough head space for those sleeping under that need to sit up. The wood feels nice and sturdy but it does wobble a bit and make noise when the 6 year old kid is up there turning when he sleeps. I am going to keep it because i need it and i figure any loft bed is going to make noise and wobble just a bit

    Better than I thought!
    I was very hesitant to purchase this. I am so use to items at this price cause there usally made out of partical board and is not very good. I was pleased when I seen it was all solid wood. The foot board and head board are made out of partical board the rest is pine or type of soft wood. I believe the posts​ that hold the gaurd rails are made out of a hard wood. It is a little wobbly but not real bad. My son is about 60 pounds right now. It was fairly easy to put together​. My wife helped hold some pieces up right while I put together. Over all for the price I think it's a good deal but kind of light duty so I felt it was worth 4 stars. Hope this helps others on deciding

    Best Decision Ever
    Bought this bed for our 5 year old. Was skeptical at first but went through with the purchase. The bed arrived by FedEx within 3 days in a very large box. Two people are needed to bring the box inside the home. My husband assembled the bed pretty much by himself until it was time to connect the post. You need to make sure you have at least 8 ft ceilings. The bed is really nice and the concept is perfect for smaller rooms. My 5 year old can get up and down the ladder without any problems. She loves the idea of being able to play under her bed and sleeping higher up. I'm 4' 11" and I can stand under the bend without bending over to give you an idea of the space underneath. One of the post was a little scratched up but touched up paint worked fine that's why I did not give the bed 5 stars. It took my husband an hour tops to put the bed up and he used a power drill so that may have made it faster.
