Works Well
This tool worked very well! I loved that I could switch from blowing leaves right to vacuuming/mulching them with the flip of a switch, because that meant I could easily and quickly remove a pile as soon as I created it, instead of leaving piles laying about a the mercy of the changing Chicagoland weather. We have a lot of beautiful big shade trees in our yard, which is great for summer, but come autumn our yard is covered in leaves. Living in the Chicagoland area means the leaves are either wet or frozen from the moment they drop off the trees. This tool was able to move the leaves with no problem, even the ones underneath the others that didn't have the fleeting sunshine to help them dry a tiny bit. The best part is getting a great working product for a very reasonable price! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Disappointed in the Worx Trivac
I was excited to get this fancy new gadget. The box arrived, I opened the box and assembled the product and went to the front yard to start chomping up those leaves. 15 minutes into blowing and vacuuming the leaves my bag split open where it attaches to the machine. My heart sank, I paid for this? I stopped and pulled out a needle and thread and sewed the bag back up. Continued to work on the yard. I have cotton woods and the leaf debris is quite heavy, the suction seemed to stop working and would only suck up one leaf at a time, I turned it to blow for a few minutes, which should not have mattered, then went back to vacuum and it worked a little better. When I emptied the mulch bag I expected to see the debris finely chopped. Nope, whole leaves emptied out of the bag. I will be working in my yard this weekend and will give it one more go before I decide to return the product.

    Too heavy
I didn't even try it out because it feels too heavy, so I'm returning it. I could probably manage it for 15 to 20 minutes but when you take into consideration that it will only get heavier as the leaf bag fills, is impracticable for me. I already have the Worx leaf blower and edger and I love them.

Excellent device on leaves- good on pine straw.
The Vacuum and Mulcher works very well on leaves. Pine straw is more difficult to clean up but it does a good job on it. Pine straw on the grass gets tangled up in the grass and is harder to remove but it still does a good job. On a flat surface like a driveway it does an excellent job with pine straw or leaves. You should spread out your yard debris so it can clean it up easier.

    Easy To Use
Received this two weeks ago. Unit features and functionality are great compared to my prior gas powered unit. The 18:1 grind ratio may be correct for hickory and white maple leaves but is overstated for pin oak leaves as shown in my photo. The oak leaves are shown in the front of the compost pile. The rear leaves were done by my 30" lawnmower. For the price and convenience of use, I'd recommend buying this unit.

    Died during first use
I bought this slightly less then a month ago. My husband started using it today. He was enjoying using it when it stopped working. It buzzes but will neither vacuum nor blow. It just hums and vibrates. We unplugged it, removed the tube and verified there are no blockages. In fact it looks pretty clean in there. Put the tube back on and it still just hums and vibrates. ☹️

Not for large leaves and ripped collection bag
I bought it two weeks ago and the debris collection bag was ripped when I was using it for the 2nd time. Didn't do anything differently from what it was advertised. I have london plane trees in the front yard and I found it the tube opening is kind of small for the large leaves. They will stuck at the opening which is inconvenience. Other than that, it is good product. Fix the bag please, it compromises the quality of a decent product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Gets clogged on big leaves
My Trivac 2 gets very clogged with big leaves. It works great on small leaves. Sadly, most of my leaves are big. If the opening were a bit bigger, I don't think it would have a problem. If your leaves are smaller than your hand, buy this product. If your leaves are on the large size, it won't work for you. I have a lot of leaves so I really wanted this product to makes things easier and faster.

    Awesome power
My backyard gets leaves all day long from the trees & wind direction. I can't keep up with a rake or the small blower I have so I gave the WORX a try. The TRIVAC 2 has awesome power in blower mode as well as vacuum mode. I used my shop vac once & it doesnt compare. Made my job much faster. We just put down Artificial grass because the trees & leaves kill the grass. The picture shows what 1 day of leaves looks like. I can blow those into a pile & vacuum them up very quickly now. Great mulching capabilities
I purchased this about a month ago for the upcoming leaf season. Last year I purchased two other blowers solely for the mulching function as I have 15 large trees on my acre lot and my neighbors have just as many so leaves are an issue, the other blowers were decent as a vaccum but I wanted leaf mulch for my flower beds and they didn't shred the leaves at all. Finally today I gathered up enough leaves to fill a 13g trash bag and tested it out, I was thrilled to see it shredded the leaves very well the suction was great and I was left with just enough to fill a standard grocery plastic bag. I've attached pictures of the mulch because I looked at this model for months before purchase because I was unsure it would provide the mulching I desired. It did a great job and was lightweight enough that I won't get tired quickly as I work and switching to blower was so easy I decided to clear my drive of dust.

    Sad experience in three times
The equipment is very good, but the bag easily breaks the zipper, I had to buy three and all break easy, so the product does not make sense to buy it. because of the defective zipper all of the bags

ECO Leaf Vac / Mulching enhances curb appeal.
Purchased the TRIVAC w/ Multi-Stage All Metal Mulching System in an effort to maintain the awkward terrain surrounding our mountain home. Works well with 100 foot 110V heavy duty extension cord and is very durable. The TRIVAC saved hours of raking and bagging leaves. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Truly triumphant TRIVAC
Ok, just like all of you reading this review ,I'll admit I was a bit sceptical about the purchase .There are lots of 5 star reviews here as well it should be, but there were far too many that say that the collector bag ,even after the very 1st use or after just a few uses has somehow torn ,ripped or just plain separated from the collector nozzle.Well I did purchase on a leap of faith because of the outstanding track record of my other Worx tools.I can say here after the 1st Fall workout with the Trivac nothing could be farther from the truth. Are these reviewers plants from other competitors,I don't know but I'm writing to tell you the Trivac is well worth the price.I've had no problem at all with the collector bag and it's attached area on the nozzle. It's very secure and it's been used now on 7 different days a total of 6 1/2 hours of use.The vacuum does a great job and is powerful enough to vacuum up even those big oak leaves no problem at all.I did buy the metal impeller model and it did a great chewing up the smaller twigs that always get mixed up in the leaves.Should you get a jam or a clog ,the unit sort of splits in half like a shotgun to immediately clear the jam.Switching between blower and vacuum functions is a breeze with the flick of a very conveniently placed lever. The blower is a very concentrated and very strong stream of air from a smaller nozzle located right below the angled vacuum nose. All in all this unit is not only a 5 star but a true Allstar in performance.Happy Fall everyone I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

    Works well but
The bagger fell off after 2 hours of use. The zip tie broke and the bagger detached from the coupling.

Yard cleanup a 200 mph breeze
Brought the Trivac a few weeks ago to clean up leaves in my yard. This unit is light and easy to use. The reduction in debris is amazing how it transforms a pile of leaves into a handful of fine mulch. The variable speed control allows for excellent control of the task at hand of either blowing debris or vacuuming up leaves.

Note: my review is based on pine cones and needles
Read all the reviews before purchasing, and only one or two even mentioned pine needles and pine cones, so I figured it was up to me to find out if it could handle them. It unfortunately doesn't, not for pine cones over three inches or so anyway, and the Ponderosa cones are just a little too big. Most get jammed in the intake tube, and the ones that do make it through are hard on the machine. Not enough pine needles around right now to test, but I suspect their length would be a jam problem too. I own five or six different Worx tools and am very happy with them all. I'm sure this machine will work well for leaves and small twigs, but I can not recommend it for pine cones and pine needles--which is what my review is based on--hence, the three stars. (It's also awkward to use with the bag and a bit heavy.)

    Seems underpowered
Went together easily and is simple to operate. Mulch bag works better for large people. Short people will find the bag large and in the way. I was expecting more power on the blower, especially given the amount of noise. It sounds like it should be able to blow damp leaves but they have to be quite dry before they move well. It is light weight but in more than one way.

    Easy operation
I had a drainage field replaced and the old one consisted of styrofoam pellets about 1 1/2" square. After completion the old pellets were everywhere, having gone through this task of picking them up by hand before and raking or sweeping did not work, I bought a vaccum with a metal blade chipper. The job was done in about a half hour. PS I'll be 90 in November
