Digital vaccine record FAQ
How is the digital vaccine record different from the CDC COVID-19 vaccination record card?
The digital vaccine record contains the same information as the CDC COVID-19 vaccination record card. It also includes that same information encoded into a scannable QR code, and can be accessed anytime, anywhere.
Can I access my digital vaccine record if I did not get my vaccine at Walmart?
If you received your vaccine at a non-Walmart location, you will not be able to access that record through Daily Saves, even if you are an existing Daily Saves Pharmacy patient, because Daily Saves will not be in the possession of your vaccine records.
Can I access a digital vaccine record for a family member?
In order to ensure compliance with state and federal privacy laws, and appropriately protect the information of our patients, patients over the age of 18 will need to create a Daily Saves account and validate their identity in order to access a vaccine record digitally. Digital vaccine records for patients under the age of 18 will be available soon. Patients can always contact their Daily Saves pharmacy for assistance accessing patient information about themselves or their dependents. A dailysavesonline.com account is not required to request patient information directly from your Daily Saves pharmacy.
Can I access my digital vaccine record without a Daily Saves account?
In order to ensure compliance with state and federal law, and protect the information of our patients, Daily Saves must validate the identity of its patients prior to providing them access to their information. To access patient information in the digital vaccine record, users must have a Daily Saves account so that Daily Saves is able to connect you with Daily Saves's online pharmacy services and validate patient identity. Patients do not have to create a dailysavesonline.com account to receive patient information directly from the pharmacy and users may call or visit the Daily Saves Pharmacy where they received services in order to access their information.
