Return by Mail
About Returns
- The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases
- We recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot refund an item we don't receive
- A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description, and condition of original purchase
Use the instructions below to submit a return online to be mailed back for a refund or a replacement.
- Log in to your account
- Click on your initials in the upper-right corner
- Select Account
- Your return can be initiated in more than one way
- Find the item you wish to return and select Start a Return OR select See Details and Return or Replace
- Select the item(s) to be returned; only items that are eligible for return within the Return Policy will have the option to return
- Choose the reason for return
- Select either Return or Replacement; some items will be available for return only or replacement only
- Select Continue
- Select Return by Mail
- Select Continue
- Refund or Replace Options:
- Refund—Review the summary, then select Finish
- Replacement—Select Finish
- The item is ordered and you will receive a confirmation email; tracking information is emailed when the replacement ships
- Replacement items are sent to the original shipping address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, as long as the item is still in stock
- Refund or Replace Options:
- Print return label and attach to the box. Package item and accessories, then return to a FedEx or USPS location; if you cannot print the label, return the item to any Daily Saves Store, when eligible.
