A little piece of mind in a bottle!
Although I am still using this product, I can see adequate differences in my mood, calmness, appetite , etc. I always believe that when starting a new supplement, one should try it for at least 3 months to notice any changes. I would recommend this product for overall mood

So disappointing
If I could give zero stars I would. It seems odd that all of the reviews are so positive. Please do your research. Look at reviews elsewhere like Amazon etc. Pills delivered were white and no odor. Saffron has a color and odor. The date on the bottle was from 2020. Calling customer service was no help. In fact the second time I called they yelled at me for calling again and stated to just wait until they return the call. I waited and waited and a week And a half later I contacted them via email. They told me to return to Walmart which I had already tried to do and it would not go through. Their response was they make their product in small batches and some of them are more yellow than others. The in active ingredient is rice flour and that is exactly what it appeared to be in my capsules so be forewarned. I usually never ever put a negative review out there. But I don't want you to also have the same problems that I have.

    Gets you through the craving.
    They do work, but they are not a super supplement .They slowly start to work. You have to still fight your cravings. The pill simply helps you to get through it without feeling like you are dying from hunger. They help me get through 24hr fasting.

    This is helping me with cravings.
    I've lost four pounds in less than two weeks because it really does help to somewhat suppress my appetite and cravings. I needed that jump start because I need help lose weight in order to reverse borderline diabetes, and get off of other medications, and this is giving me the push I need. I feel fine, no jittery side effects, which is how I want to feel. I wish the dosage was once a day instead of two, but it's not really an issue.

    Great effective product!!! I am a big fan of Saffron. I used to mix with my milk and drink it but when I see it available in form of supplement without any delay I order it quickly. Now I am very happy that I do that because I can see the effectiveness on me. Now I am more energize and happier than before, I feel less hunger and fuller all day. It is easy to digest and swallow. I will definitely order it again and will recommend to my friends.

    Definitely a supplement to add to your routine!
    Saffron is a powerful spice high in antioxidants. It has many health benefits. Some of them are: improved mood, libido, and sexual function, it also reduces PMS symptoms and can help with weight loss. There are many other benefits that studies are showing Saffron may help. It may have cancer fighting qualities, may help reduce heart disease, and may improve blood sugar levels. More research is being done on these subjects. But this is definitely a supplement that should be added to your daily routine!

    Product arrived undamaged and on time! Love the easy open bottle. Made in the USA!!! Vegan, clean supplements are what my family looks for when buying. I've been taking for a couple of weeks now.
