My favorite eyeliner!
I love this liner, I use it daily and find that the pigmentation is incredible, it only takes a light touch to apply, and the felt tip is perfect for tightlining. This liner has the same quality as other products in the colorstay line.

    this product is either tampered with or defective. I have used this for years but this latest eye pen was watery light colored liquid.
