Grandson loves this product. It allows him to be able to play games with his sibling or by himself and yet feel independent because it is paid for the year. And for an 11 year old, that's a big deal.

I would not recommend Microsoft to my worst enemy.. The only reason I'm buying this is because I already by the console and i have issues constantly.. I bought a system brand new with a whole bunch of games had the disk drive break within the first month..I had to re-buy my games that I play on digital download even though I had the hardcopies in my possession.. so yea good going microsoft.. I try to get help from rockstar or microsoft nothing ever gets fixed
