Way too low
The hammock that comes with it sits against the bottom bar. I even tried with a different hammock and it still sits too low where I was laying against the bar on the ground

    Fabric hammock with frame and storage case
    Super easy to set up by yourself. It holds the weight of myself and both my kids (roughly 215 lbs combined). We left the frame outdoor and store the fabric part in our shed. Absolutely love it!
