Below average. Didn't even own this for a full year and it stopped charging. Bought a new Cord to see if that helped. Nothing. The keyboard and numbers randomly stopped working and got a wireless mouse and keyboard for it. It's a good deal but not if it doesn't even last a year. Disappointed

    Warning... Not a laptop!
    Bought 2 of these for the kids not knowing about Chromebook. These should be in a different category from laptops. Kids were extremely disappointed when they couldn't play games on the devices. Nothing more than a glorified phone screen with a keyboard.

    Just more care handling packages.
    Delivery was on time, but my delivery box could have been handled with better care. My box was torn open and my merchandise was coming out of it. Thank goodness nothing was broken and my chrome book worked just fine.

    I love my new asus laptop
    I love my new asus laptop. It comes with a virus protector already on it and it updates in the background. I am able to do some light editing as well. It powers right up with no problem..

    Very disappointed in this Chromebook
    The Screen on this unit is about as bad as they come. If you are watching video and not sitting directly straight on from the screen, you can't make out the image at all. Even when you are straight on there is still a black halo around all corners. I was shocked that in our modern days that a screen this bad could even exist. I am really not happy with this chromebook and it dosnt even preform better then my 8 year old Toshiba that is was going to replace. I will be returning this item due to the overall performance and visuals it has.

    Great laptop
    I really like this little computer! It has a nice size screen and great graphics! My husband and myself love to stream music and this laptop sounds and looks great! I love the user format as it is easy to set up and operate. The batter stays charged while plugged in and it has four hours of continuous use on the battery.

    Hi, it started out fine. After six months, the trouble started, My keys aren't working. I would like to send it back, but the time has passed so I will hope for them to honor the one year warranty, I would give a one star however it was nice at the beginning. Thanks

    Very good laptop for home school.
    Veri good Pc for the price. I bought this for USD130 for my daughter who use Classroom. She liked it very much. The finish is like aluminium and the keyboard is very sturdy. The battery like is like 8 hours. The resolution is not the best but for school y the best.

    Great purchase....so far.
    It's a great laptop. I was looking for one for the kids homeschool and for me to use for Zoom but all the laptops are so expensive if they have better specs for RAM and SSD and all of that stuff I don't fully understand. I saw this one on sale and was very afraid I would be buying a brick basically but so far it been really good (as it should be since it's new). It's very light but doesn't feel flimsy. Once out of the box, the updates were installed and then I set up our Google account. I have only downloaded Zoom and one other app. Everything else is online for us. I'm hoping it won't be a waste of money in the future. I've seen some reviews that say their laptop just refused to power on. For now we are instructing the kids to be very careful when handling. We'll have to see.
