Pads that actually stick!
Actually really great. I like the stickiness of the pads and how it seems to come with extras and a guide to extending their life. The quality pads make it less likely that you get uncomfortable shocks and hot spots from poor connections. It's been helpful rehabing muscles catastrophically injured with nerve damage. Ofc I'm not a doctor so grain of salt there, but EMS, in general, had been the only thing for months that got areas that lost innervation to not completely atrophy. I would love if they sold replacement pads separately.

When I opened the packages inside the box there wasn't as many pads as advertised and what there is of them some are defective I mean only sticky on 1 side and the belt has the same problem 3 defective pad areas . There is no power adapter included to charge the power modules and 1 of the 3 seems to be defective . I simply can't use it so I'll return it tomorrow and I might order a more expensive one and see if there is a better option available . Not as advertised .

    Works great then suddenly stopped.
    I like how it contracts my abs but after 3 days of regular use it just suddenly stopped working. I will be returning the product or atleast ask for exchange. Maybe the other reviewers are right its just cheaply made even for $25.

    Not worth it.
    Very poor quality material. It does not stick to your skin. You can't feel the stimulation on the abdomen. It feels like a light tickle.

    Belt is too small
    The a belt didn't go around me. I am a petite white men. Not sure what size you need to be to use this. Sorry had to go back

    Bad item and bad customer service.
    The belt is not work properly and the manufacturer or reseller at Walmart. Does not to get back to me I tried contacting Walmart and they didn't wanna help so I'm returning.

    Cheap quality. Don't pay more than $20 something
    Not work $60, Glad i got it on sale for 20 something! it's definitely not worth the $60 that it is when it's not on sale but for 20 something that's not that bad. I used to have one a long time ago that was way higher quality than this made a fabric that went all the way around had velcro and everything. I haven't since been able to find that same company again or anything that is the great quality the one was. it does come with quite a few extra sticky pads at least I think they're extras. but the quality is very cheap of every single thing in here.

    waste of money
    not worth the money i have similar unit but smaller i use on my neck when muscle get tight its a massager just like this all it does is send pulse into muscle massing it. when you look online at pictures shows different area names like abdomen. these dont have that

    ouch!
    ouch! stimulator is kightly putting it. this HURTS. im not so desperate to tighten up to the point of being electrocuted. i couldnt wear it for more than 5 seconds. also should warn people that its for people who already have abs.

    Will not last long.
    Belt is plastic, unlikely to last very long. I looks like neoprene in the images. Also, I did not receive the extra pads as advertised. Probably will return.
