I got this double pack, kept one for myself and gave the other to my mom. We started taking this on the same day and had the same horrible side effects and on top of that, does not help with cleaning out your body at all. The only reason I could tell a difference when taking it is because of the nasty side effects like feeling super tired and feeling super heavy plus getting swollen. Again, me and my mom had the same exact side effects. If I could return them and get my money back I would.

    I love it! It has worked for me
    I have been using this product for a while, it doesn't work super fast like other diet supplements. It detoxes your body first, the first days it's recommended you take potassium as you will be urinating constantly or else your heart will accelerate because of the loss of potassium. Your body will feel TIRED like if you went to exercise. But it's normal. After a few days it will go away. If you eat a lot of greasy food you'll have to go the bathroom and I mean you won't be able to hold it. I have gone down from size 18 to 14 my goal is size 12. I have high blood pressure and it doesn't affect me.

    I love this stuff!
    I have been taking this for about 3 years. I have paused it for a week or two due to COVID or if I'm going on a trip. But I did lose some inches. I am also on birth control so this has helped me keep off the weight. Just be patient. Drink lots of water!!

    someone suggest me to try i want to loose some weight and they gave me some information of how i will feel. i think that it is good for colon cleanse .. it is working for me in that sense.. also make me feel thirsty . and i am drinking a lot of water and it is also good.. still having some craving but not as much as previous weeks .. so it seems that at certain point it will work.. Considering the way to swallow it is not difficult so from now i could recommend it.

    I have taken this in the past but had to go through so many people to get my hands on them. Im super excited that Walmart has these now. This product comes in its original root form, not pill form. Make sure u drink lots and lots of water if u want these to work for you. Also be patient. These dont work within a week or two. It sometimes takes 4 to 6 months to finally see the difference. I mean one can always tell when we are feeling smaller but other will start complimenting you in a few months of taking it. For those of you who have never tried these. Make sure you always have access to a bathroom. This root can get sour if chewed instead of taken as if it was a pill. Dont chew it. Gross. The root is as tiny as lentil. Easy to swallow.
