This is a great product the pads are made really well and fit really comfortably they provide great coverage for overnight or heavy flow they have wings to help secure them and you don't have any leaks i love them would definitely recommend

I like them
I tried Always Radiant Pads Size 4 Overnight Pads and at first I wasn't sure because I don't really like the regular non overnight size 4 pads because they don't work for me and they move. These ones stay in place pretty good. I don't use scented pads but I like the light Clean Scent and it doesn't irritate me.

I say this because on the first two days of my menstrual cycle I usually bleed heavy and have to change often. I was actually surprised that I didn't need to change so often which usually be about after every two hours and sometimes before that. I like how comfortable it was and how much it felt like I wasn't wearing one that is meant to be worn for overnight because they are usually much thicker. I wore the pads during the day and overnight and I had no leaks at all either time. I can say that it does absorb a lot and you still end up feeling dry afterwards. It comes with some nice packaging too.Mika88

They amaze me every month I need them, how great they work. They are thin (no big uncomfortable padding to worry about -showing through my pants) and I don't think I have ever had a leak. (this speaks very well of their quality). As an important fact, I can say that it has an adequate duration which makes it a great option for the first days. They are very safe and cold to the extreme, I also affirm that I have not had any leakage accidents while using them in the (afternoons). Personally they help me 99.8% in my difficult days since I do not use tampons at that time (nights) because they irritate me and it becomes a nuisance in addition to menstrual cramps. Radiant has always made my days easier with its softness, absorbency, breathability, and leak-proof. They really are a great blessing ...Vicky92
