Not just for women
My husband wears these in his underwear toward the back to help with any leakage. He likes them because they are long and thin so aren't noticeable through his pants from behind. They're a good value for the amount of pads.

Always extra long panty liners
the liners are the shortest version of all sold the next smaller would be internal. i have to bring them back as they are of no use to me.

    Ugh! I hate that it comes loose!
    I really hate that these come open without a wrapper! So carrying these in your purse can make them unsanitary! It doesn't bunch up but I can only use these if I'm at home because it's loose! It wasn't costly and definitely won't buy these again! It made me angry when I opened it!

    Best protection I have found
    For my specific needs, these pads are the best. I like they are not bulky, yet collect any unexpected leakage. Sometimes I wear two, so if there is a leak, I can remove the pad and still have protection.

    Perfect for Sneeze Pee-ers Like Me
    No other brand can compare to Always. I've tried so many others, but I just keep coming back to these! They keep everything locked in where it should be and is perfect for life flow days or light urgency incontenence. Especially after having a baby a few years ago I always sneeze pee!

    Dear Walmart, Thank you for my order. The item is as ordered. My low rating is due to the placement of the delivery. I am disappointed with the area my items were placed, out the in open for all to see. With all the problems with porch pirates stealing packages you would think Walmart delivery would put the items on the porch were they would not be seen from the street. I just happened to be home and saw the email that the items were delivered and was able to bring them into the house. Please make sure my other items are placed out of site on the porch, just like all other delivery companies do, Thanks again for your prompt attention to my request.

    Sanitary napkins should be individually packaged.
    This sanitary napkin is not individually packaged. I am a bit disappointed. I personally feel that it is not clean.

    exactly what I needed!
    The length is perfect....5 x drier absorption is what I have been using but in the shorter lengths. Hard to find this extra long 5 x drier combo so I got 92! The boxes are labeled long and extra long. 8" is the extra long. long is 7"
