    the bowl itself is pretty awesome, large, round, thickly built. the lid is a bit flimsy, but fits well (not water tight on mine)

    Always pleased with Anchor Hocking products. This was a great value. I needed two new lids for my bowls and two bowls with lids were about the same price. (Warning: Follow the instructions and do not run the lids in the dishwasher.)

    GREAT Storage Containers for Many Uses
    These are great storage bowls. I make a salad bar for my church for our monthly potlucks, and I use these bowls to hold the options to add to a huge bowl of lettuce--tomatoes, diced peppers, cucumber slices, sliced olives, sliced hard-boiled eggs, sliced onions, croutons, grated cheese, etc. Everyone loves it, and if there are leftovers, I pop the lids on them and store them in the fridge, freezer, or cupboard. (I add leftover veggies to stews, etc.) These are equivalent to Pyrex containers but far less expensive!

    I bought the Anchor Hocking bowls over the Pyrex because I like the looks of them better. I bought this one, the 4 cup bowl and the 3 pack of 2 cup bowls so I would have a set of them. They have a good weight to them and the lids fit on them nicely.

    These bowls are great for mixing, microwaving, or using for storing leftovers. This one is 7-cups and is a good size for many uses. They are an excellent buy at a great price.

    Two bowls were good, lids had splits.
    Two bowls were good, lids had split in each one. That was the main reason I ordered them was for the blue lids. With split lids they don't seal good, lets food odors out.

    Scratches on the Lid
    The lid is covered with scratches, it looks like a dog or something scratched all over it. I am so frustrated with Walmart services. It is hard to believe that a company like Walmart has such a low standard in customer service.

    TOO HEAVY
    Brand new not yet used, this bowl is way HEAVIER than my Purex ones and the LID is Warped as soon as removed. I would NOT buy this again unless desperate for a bowl. The lid will have to be replaced soon and they dont sell replacements. I now have to buy the same bowl in Pyrex because this one is too heavy and lid awful. Wasted my
