Menu not as good as Roku!
I use it to stream Spectrum TV and it replaced my Roku that was not working properly. The Spectrum App on this device is totally different then the one on Roku. I am not sure why but I don't like it at all. All other App seem the same on both devices. So if you have a lot of Apple products and are not using Spectrum I would say get it the Apple TV

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/06/2023Pricey but real niceI bought into Apple's ecosystem and for the most part things work great for me, so it was a no brainer to upgrade from an old Apple TV to an Apple TV 4K when I finally purchased a 4K TV. The TV came with an Apple TV app (along with many other streaming services apps); However, the interface on the TV was severely lacking compared to the Apple TV. It's also nice to easily control it using my iPhone or Apple Watch. It also connects with HomeKit devices to act as a hub for other smart devices.Eric

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/03/2023Great but no sound on Zone 2 w/o DAC deviceExcellent video and audio digital signal via HDMI connection to my Onkyo 4K 9.2 channel a/v receiver. Impressed with the improved video and sound of speakers connected to my main system. However, I was unable output sound to my Zone 2 amplifier thru the Onkyo. I subsequently discovered that Zone 2 on my home theater system requires an analog signal which is not provided by the Apple TV 4k unit or Onkyo - the a/v receiver only passes thru the signal. In order to pass sound to the Zone 2 amplifier, the solution was the installation of a DAC device between the Apple TV 4K unit and the a/v receiver to split the digital signal, providing HDMI to connect to a/v receiver and an analog connection to connect the Zone 2 amplifier. Apple should provide a DAC port of this device. - I can't be the only person that has remote speakers connected to an amplifier with analog connectors. The touch pad is too sensitive and found it not easily used. There should be a better way to control its sensitivity.Georgetown TX consultant

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/14/2023Enjoy the new Apple TVI really like the new model of Apple TV. It has better performance but less cost. And it's easy to stream movies from my local storage devices due to the infuse app, to which there is no competitor in Android-based TV players.Sen

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/01/2023AwesomeThe new Apple TV is smaller and more powerful than previous models. The A15 bionic ship makes it super fast with great 4K streaming. You can stream, YouTube TV, or Hulu or Netflix or Disney all your streaming services through one device.kenneth

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/19/2022Still the best streaming device out there. If you already have an iPhone or iPad then you can use either one to easily and quickly set up your new Apple TV. The interface seems to be so much more snappier due the the A15 updated chip. And I love the 128 GB storage on this one, double the amount on my older model which still works and has been moved to my kitchen television. I know some will think that I'm being petty but I took one star off because of the remote. They changed the way that you recharge the remote on this new unit. My older unit's remote charged via the USB to lighting cable which was INCLUDED with it. This new unit's remote charges using a USB to USB-C cable NOT included. I looked at the manual inside and it said NOT included. So now I am having to go out later and buy this cable because I don't have one just lying in a drawer somewhere. Fortunately the remote comes already charged up so I am able to use it right out of the box but eventually you'll need to charge that remote or use your iPhone as a remote. I just thought I would warn everyone now before your remote dies while in the middle of a movie. For the amount that I spent I think Apple could include a simple cheap charging cable that is different from what they have included with previous models. With that being said, I am NOT sorry that I made this purchase.Mark
