Won't survive shipping!
So first off the problem isn't with Wal-Mart or UPS or Fed-Ex. It's with the manufacturer. They just throw a glass fish tank in a box and don't put any protective cushioning in there. As a result when we first ordered the fish tank it never even made it here. It was so badly damaged in transit that UPS just threw it away. And Wal-Mart was VERY VERY helpful in getting a replacement sent right away. But, a few days later when FedEx brought it, we saw that it was completely shattered. It is so poorly packaged I don't see how any fish tanks make it to their destination. I mean nothing was in there. I was so disappointed. Once again Wal-Mart was very helpful and prompt but this time I just asked for a refund. Totally not worth the frustration.

    Both online order attempts were damaged
    Do not order for delivery as the packaging is too insufficient for transit. Both original order and the replacement order were damaged. Needs styrofoam along the glass sides, not just on the corners. Any other package easily punctures the box and any slight drop is too much too keep it secure.

    This aquarium set is worth it!
    Great value for the kit! Not correct Aqua Tech 20 - 40 filter. This aquarium kit came with the last generation Aqua Tech 20 - 40 filter. Information on the box advertised the new Aqua Tech 20 - 40. (See pictures)

    TERRIBLE
    Received package today. ONLY CONTAINED THE GLASS AQUARIUM, NOTHING ELSE. The shipment box was in perfect condition, the aquarium box inside unsealed. I called mutliple customer service representives and NOTHING they can do until I return the item. Completely and thoroughly disgusted with customer service. Whoever packaged the item HAD TO KNOW that ALL ITEMS EXCEPT THE TANK WAS NOT IN THERE. I am beyond frustrated. i woek daily and cannot get to a store any time soon. All I want are the items that are missing. everything EXCEPT THE TANK. BUT THEY CAN NOT DO THAT. UNBELIEVABLE. AND COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED BY WALMART.COM!!!!!

    its a really good tank! My light went out after 3 months but i replaced it for a better one for $20. I slo had to buy an extra filter because the one isn't really enough for the tank. everything else is really good!

    Love you aquarium the only thing is the lights on the hood are not protected from the water so after five months the lights died but overall great product
