Very disappointed on the graphics. You can see the pixels on the player. Puts strain on eyes .

    It's very good, not great.
    Small improvement could make it great. Better joysticks & buttons, better wifi, full rosters, better graphical improvements. Prehaps the 2010/11 nba jam games.

    Love the games, but don’t like the Shaq design
    Great cabinet, but 1) Idprefer it just look identical to a classic NBA Jam cabinet and 2) the screen arrived with some nicks and scratches. What can be done about this? Thanks for your great products and your assistance.

    Good but still need to improve
    First of all, the product is awesome, but there are two issues need to be improved. 1. When I put the upper and lower piece together, they are not align perfectly so that I cannot slide in the front panel as the groove not align. Unfortunately, the front panel graphing being scratched. 2. The screen is washed out at some angle.
