Affordable and solid for home workout
The bench took only a few days to arrive after ordering. Assembly was straight forward from the instructions. Bench has several resting positions that are good for different workouts. I'm about 160 lbs and my father is about 200 lbs. We both had no issues as the bench held our weights firmly. Great feature is that the bench folds up very compact.

Wont rest flat..
I literally bought this to have a flat bench, it was flat for a week and now it's broken and will only rest at an angle, so I can't do my exercises.

    fitting in with my fittness
    A workbench that checks all the boxes for my use. I was looking for something to provide me the option to lift with a weight bar for flat bench, incline and decline along with the use of dumbbells as a flat bench or skull crushers. My favorite part is the ability to fold it up for stowing away after using. The soft vinyl material makes it very easy for wiping down after a workout. I like being able to lock my legs in when I do crunches. For an added exercise benefit, I like having the resistance bands. The ability to do reps at different incline positions is helpful because I like to change up my routines.

    Sturdy and durable bench!
    I bought this bench for my home gym. I was looking for something that is durable and of good quality. I have been using this bench for more than a month now. It's lightweight, sturdy and compact. You can use it for various exercises by changing the angle. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

    A bit cheaply made. Believe the one for $20 might have been a better buy. Hard to say how effective this device will be. They sent an incorrect foot that does not fit the leg. Have contacted the perovider for a correct part to be sent but no response to date!!

    Pretty good, size doesn't work out for us.
    Laying flat, the bench is 21” tall. That's about 3” taller than a standard bench. If you're short, like my fiancé, this may mean your feet won't reach the ground. Other than that, it seems pretty nice. The decline position is a bit weird because the flat seated area is a little long. This leads to your back arching more than desired. This issue is happening to me, an average sized man.

    Sturdy and stable!
    The bench arrived 10 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. I am 6 ft guy with 190 lbs weight, the bech is sturdy enough to bear my weight and stable enough to let me perform my weight training without any risk of falling from it due to the movement.
